Bridge Farm is committed to providing a high standard facility to all of the clients.
Bridge Farm Offers: 8 indoor stables, 15 outdoor stables, onsite hacking, 20 x 40 fibre arena, tack room, grass arena, cross country jumping, paddocks, local hacking and a clubhouse.
We are always working on new projects and maintaining the yard to our own, very high standards.
Other facilities include:
a lunge pen, a wash down bay, with a hot shower available, vet/ treatment box, trailer/ lorry parking and toilets/ changing room.
Indoor stabling
Refurbished in 2016, the american barn is designed for the larger horses and provides roomy stables with good ventilation.
Outside stabling
The outside stables were completed in 2020 and have been designed with dual aspect windows to improve the ventilation and provide the horse an alternative view.
Hacking onsite
A track is cut and maintained around our 30 acre farm which clients are free to use for the majority of the year.
Arena
In 2017, the flood lit school had a new fibre surface added. Jumps and cones are available for use. We quite often have pole work set up ready for use.
Tack Room
The secure tack room has been designed so every livery has their own individual tack locker, which has a large storage shelf as well a place to put your saddle and bridle.
Grass Arena
The 60x40 grass arena provides the opportunity to school on a flat grass surface. We often have a Dressage arena, working hunter jumps or obstacles for the carriage drivers set up and ready to use.
XC
Cross country jumps are available to be used up the top field and new jumps are being added all the time. There are a range of jumps to help with the introduction of cross country to both horse and rider.
Paddocks
Horses are on individual turnout, however, they still have the ability to behave as a herd. The paddocks are poo picked, rotated and allowed to rest, giving us the opportunity to reseed, fertilise and maintain the fields all year round.
Local Area
Bridge farm is a short hack from Lingfield racecourse, where there is a bridle path network to Dormasnland. There is also local TROT rides, where we have been given access to a farmers fields.
We are short journey away from other venues such as Felbridge showground, Felcourt, East Byshe, TROT rides, Lingfield Racecourse, Westlands Farm Stud, Hickstead, Pyecombe and the Ashdown Forest.
Clubhouse
The new clubhouse was finished in 2020. It's the perfect place for the liveries to socialise and relax. We often have bacon butties, pancakes or sometimes just cake.
